Assistant Branch Sales Manager – Rural Liabilities, Fixed Deposits

Duties and Responsibilities – 1. Generate Deposit Mobilization through D2C channel
2. Ensure productivity of channels partners & ASSCs through Deposit mobilization
3. Mobilize Fixed Deposits through channel partners Independent financial advisors. (IFA)
4. Empanel New Independent Financial Advisors from local market
5. Ensure min. threshold IFA Activation on Fixed Deposit mobilization.
6. Train empanelled IFAs and sales person on FD product USP, documentation and processes.
7. Local knowledge of the catchment and competition.
8. Must possess knowledge on Fixed Deposits and other Investment products.
9. Should be preferably possess Channel Sales Background (DSA handling experience)
10. Local knowledge of the catchment and competition
11. Know the local market and industries very well
12. Must have good communication skill (English and local language).


Desired Candidate Profile
1. Graduate/ Post graduate.
2. A minimum of 3-4years experience in Sales.
3. High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter.
4. Past experience in BFSI preferred but may or may not be handling team in current profile.
