Attend to the customer queries and issues in the center related to the Apple products.
Troubleshoot the technical issues of the product and ensure to resolve the issues and queries pertaining to the Apple device within the TAT.
When unable to resolve customer issues ensure the escalations are made on time and follow up on the resolution so as to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure that the service reports are maintained on real time basis.
