Responsibilities Collaborate with senior executives to establish a sales goal for the region Drive implementation of local and regional strategy/initiatives and deliver the result Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue corporate-set goals Meet performance expectations and requirements and forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly sales goals and promotion plan of both on and off-premise Educate sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings, prepare sales presentations to create product understanding/awareness Review regional expenses and recommend improvements Coordinate with stakeholders of the brand to boost sales
Develop and maintain relationships with key account clients and prospects Identify relevant events at on-trade outlets, modern trade outlets & ensure participation. Qualifications MBA Marketing preferred Candidates With 10-15 Years Of Beverages Industry Experience Preferred.
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth Deep understanding of value drivers in luxury goods or consumer goods industry Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative and transparent, startup environment Strong social and analytical skills Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and technical documents
