Job Title : Technical Manager – D365 CRM

Job Location : Mumbai and Pune

Experience : Minimum 12 years

Job Description : • Technical Manager having experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM D365 • Minimum 9-10 years experience and around 2-3 years as a Technical Manager and have good amount of technical expertise

• Should have minimum 4-5 years of experience working on Dynamics CRM and 2 years on D365 Overall project/team management (Risk, Scope, Resource Utilisation etc.)

• Should have experience working in D365 CRM, Power Platform Should have exposure working with global clients, especially with USA clients Should have exposure to D365 deployment and be able to guide team on best practices and standard operating procedures Coordinating with onsite and offshore team and ensure smooth operations Expertized in coaching Agile principles and DevOps practice methods.

• Identify and implement process improvement and knowledge management Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.

• Knows the MS methodology well; able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer. Should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills. Please share your resume if you find this position is suitable to your current profile
